Where are my downloadble products?
When you purchase a downloadable product it is entered into your library. You'll find it in your account settings under the heading "My Downloadable Products". In there you'll find links to download everything you've bought.
I've got a coupon code but it doesn't work
First of all, not all coupons work forever. Please check that the one you're using isn't a one time use coupon. The most common reason for a coupon code not working is the customer not being logged into their account. You must be logged in for a coupon code to work.
